If you are not satisfied with the technical resources, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase or enrollment. This guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a digital product and not to subsequent licenses or recurring renewals.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

To protect our intellectual property and editorial efforts, refunds will not be issued if:

• The refund request is submitted after the 7-day satisfaction window.
• More than 25% of the course modules or video content has been accessed.
• Digital manuals, technical guides, or proprietary templates have been downloaded from the platform.
• The user has violated our Terms of Service or shared access with unauthorized third parties.

3. Transaction Disputes & Chargebacks

Go Prime Labs LLC is committed to resolving any billing issues directly and fairly. We encourage students to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Unwarranted chargebacks regarding our digital intellectual property will result in permanent loss of access to all current and future curriculum materials.
