3. Billing and Payment

Fees for our digital resources are processed at the time of purchase. Access is granted immediately upon successful transaction. All fees are non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except as specifically provided in our Refund Policy. Go Prime Labs LLC reserves the right to modify pricing for its publications at any time.

4. Proprietary Rights

All instructional designs, manual structures, multimedia content, and technical frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Go Prime Labs LLC. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material will be subject to legal action under international copyright law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Go Prime Labs LLC provides content "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the technical application of the knowledge acquired or the temporary inability to access our digital platforms due to third-party server failures.
